MY BODY SHOTS® began in early 2009 with a mission to create a healthy and functional series of beverages in a “shot” size format that addressed the needs of everyday people doing everyday things. We asked ourselves a couple key questions…Why drink more when you can drink less and receive more ingredients? Why fill your body with preservatives and artificial ingredients when healthy options exist? Finally we said to ourselves….”Let’s develop a new shot category based on a high concentration of electrolytes, vitamins, and minerals and try to high convince the world that “energy shots”,”sports drinks” and “vitamin drinks” are not the only game in town….
We consulted with experts throughout the medical, vitamin, electrolyte, flavour and packaging industries to develop our first 6 products. The result was.. (drum roll please…) a great tasting, highly effective line of “nutrient replenishment shots” for everyday use to Stay True to Your Body™!
Definition of a “nutrient replenishment shot” – A quick shot of concentrated electrolytes, vitamins and minerals without excess fluids…we are NOT an energy shot company. Now you know why we say Stay True to Your Body™.
We’re all about health, well-being, and balance so naturally all our MBS® formulas are free of preservatives, caffeine, empty calories, artificial colors, and sweeteners that are typically found in other hydration and vitamin beverages. MY BODY SHOTS® are for the whole family with formulas for both children and adults and designed to meet the needs of busy individuals and families.
Fast forward many sleepless nights… a few short months after full production MY BODY SHOTS® quickly expanded into one of the nations largest retail locations and continues to grow and add other national retailers / distributors throughout the USA, Canada, Australia and Mexico. Next steps include the growth to other international markest and the goal to helping everyone Stay True to Your Body™!

We’re a group of eager and creative entrepreneurs with a a solid background in nutrition and marketing. Some of us enjoy the Las Vegas heat while the others prefer a colder winter and the fast pace scene in Canada. Together we work hard, play hard and think big.
