My Body Shots Return Policy

My Body Shots brand stands behind all of our products for both our retail accounts and consumers.

In the event that you have a My Body Shots product with a material or workmanship flaw, for fastest service, we advise you to first check with the place of purchase for their assistance. Retailers do have their own particular return policies, however. If you are not able to return an item to the original place of purchase, you still may be able to receive service for the item directly through My Body Shots.

Returning Online orders:

We design My Body Shots products with quality in mind. The My Body Shots Brand feels the same way about customer service. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.

My Body Shots merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange. Merchandise must be with original packaging and invoice or receipt to receive a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.

Closeout products:

Some sale products marked “last chance” or “closeouts” are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Other terms:

Certain items carry their own return policies and the above guidelines do not apply. Please refer to the return policy information that came with your item for more details.

The My Body Shots brand reserves the right to limit returns.

Price Adjustments:

If price adjustments are to be performed at any time, they will be issued based on the original form of payment. Website products placed on permanent markdown (clearance or “last chance” items) are not eligible for price adjustments.

Shipping:

Charges for shipping an item regarding returns will be at the customers’ expense. My Body Shots brand does not accept COD deliveries for returned items.

You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and My Body Shots will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your cooperation.

Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt of exchanges or refunds.

Return Procedures:

Package My Body Shots in their original packaging with

your purchase receipt or invoice.

Include a note letting us know why you’re returning the product. Please include, your name, address, and telephone number.

• Products My Body Shots Brand determines in its sole discretion to be free of any material or workmanship flaws may not be returned.
• Products evidencing misuse or alteration.
• Salesman samples
• Returns from consumers residing outside the U.S. or Canada.

The My Body Shots Brand is not responsible for misdirected or lost packages, or any actions that result of not following the guidelines provided.
